i'm Bonnie.

I teach yoga to everyone, including absolute beginners, pregnant and postnatal women, children, adapting the practice to the individual’s needs and ability. I have been teaching since 2018.

I completed the British Wheel of Yoga Level 4 Diploma Teacher Training programme in 2020 in London. Yoga taught me to become aware of my body and relieved my back pain. Since developing a regular practice, I feel lighter in myself, yet stronger. Yoga teaches me to be in the present moment as much as possible, and that well-being is not just in the body but in the mind, heart, and spirit.

I developed an interest in pre and postnatal yoga, and the necessity and importance in supporting mothers with the space, practices and community that heals the body and mind during this time.

I teach Hatha Yoga. I offer adjustments to help students correct their alignment, to go deeper in their practice safely and sustainably. Allowing them to understand and become more aware of each part of their bodies, and from there develop a practice which is truly authentic and valuable to them.

Bonnie’s directions are clear, individualised, and focused.  The class is small giving one a sense of personalisation.  She is very observant, correcting poses in the most sympathetic of ways whilst encouraging you to go that little bit deeper. The relaxation at the end of class is well earnt & always welcome!

I've tried a few yoga classes over the years, but never really took to it or enjoyed it, but from the first class with Bonnie, I loved it. You work hard but also so relaxing, and I genuinely feel better all round. Highly recommend!

Bonnie is truly an amazing Yoga Teacher, she puts you at ease straight away, and no matter what stage you are at, she manages to improve your capability week by week. Her eyes are on everyone, and comes and corrects your movements/posture with such kindness. Can’t wait for my next session!
