Overview

In these classes, I hope to create a space for pregnant and postnatal women to connect to their bodies, their breath, their babies and to one another through mindful movement, breathwork and meditation.

I hope to teach women to feel empowered and confident about their choices at this early stage of motherhood.

It is fascinating to me that the body can grow a whole human being. The mother is also growing into a new identity. I truly believe that it is a necessity to provide the nurturance and support to women to heal body and mind pre and postnatal.

Bonnie’s directions are clear, individualised, and focused.  The class is small giving one a sense of personalisation.  She is very observant, correcting poses in the most sympathetic of ways whilst encouraging you to go that little bit deeper. The relaxation at the end of class is well earnt & always welcome!
